Return & Refund Policy

At Deisha Keisha, every piece is handmade with care. Because of the nature of our products, we apply a strict no-return, no-refund policy except in specific cases outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY


1.1. All sales are final once payment is made.

1.2. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change
of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preferences.

1.3. This policy is in place because each jewelry piece is handmade and crafted
to order.

2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

2.1. Custom-made jewelry (including personalized
engravings, special sizing, or color requests) cannot be returned, exchanged,
or refunded under any circumstances, unless proven defective upon arrival.

2.2. Customers are responsible for double-checking all details (measurements,
spelling, design choices) before confirming a custom order.

3. WHOLESALE / B2B ORDERS

3.1. All bulk, wholesale, or B2B (business-to-business) purchases
are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

3.2. If there are manufacturing defects in a bulk order, claims must be
submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, supported by
photo or video evidence.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We cannot accept claims in the following situations:

  • damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or exposure to chemicals.
  • Items altered or repaired by a third party.
  • damage because of shipping carriers or the third party.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance do not qualify for refunds or cancellation.

Governing Law.

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by Indonesian law. For international customers, Indonesian law will apply.
