How long does international shipping take?

Is shipping insured?
Yes! All international orders include shipping insurance,
so your package is protected. All international orders shipped via partners
like TGI and Ryanspeed include standard shipping insurance
against damage or loss in transit.
For larger or high-value orders, we can help arrange additional insurance upon request. If there are any issues, let us know, and we’ll assist you.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Each country has different import regulations. Customers are responsible for
any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country, and buyers
are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes
that may apply.
We will declare a reasonable value on your invoice and provide proper documentation
to help smooth the customs process.

Can you send it as a personal gift?
Yes! We can mark your item as “handmade gift” or “for personal use”
if requested.
However, the final decision on customs duties lies with the destination country’s customs authority.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can check your package status anytime.
