1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Deisha Keisha is a registered Indonesian brand specializing in
handcrafted jewelry using sustainable materials.
1.2. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years
old, or that you have consent from a legal guardian.
1.3. All employees must meet Indonesia’s legal working age requirements. We do
not employ underage labor.
1.4. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at
any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
2.1. All products are individually handmade; therefore, natural variations
in size, color, and design may occur. These are not considered defects.
2.2. Prices are listed in American dollars (USD).
2.3. Custom sizes or special requests must be confirmed with us before placing
an order.
3. ORDER & PAYMENT
3.1. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
3.2. We accept payments via credit cards and PayPal
(international).
3.3. Payments must be completed within 24 hours of order
placement. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1. Domestic (Indonesia):
- Shipped via trusted couriers (JNE, SiCepat, etc.)
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 working days depending on location
4.2. International:
- Shipped via Ryanspeed, TGI, or other international couriers
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for import duties, customs taxes, or other country-specific charges
4.3. Insurance:
- All shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.
4.4. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or
force majeure events.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges
except for defective products upon arrival.
5.2. Claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receipt,
accompanied by clear photo evidence.
6. PRODUCT WARRANTY & CARE
6.1. All jewelry is hypoallergenic and crafted from high-quality materials.
6.2. Each order includes a cleaning cloth for maintenance.
6.3. To preserve your jewelry:
Avoid prolonged contact with dangerous chemicals.
Store in a dry, safe place when not worn.
6.4. We currently do not provide free repair services. Paid repair options may
be offered in the future.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. Deisha Keisha is a registered and patented brand under
Indonesian law.
7.2. All designs, images, and website content are the intellectual property of
Deisha Keisha.
7.3. Unauthorized use, duplication, reproduction, or modification of our
designs or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
8.1. We respect and protect your privacy. All customer data is stored
securely and used only for order processing and communication.
8.2. We will never sell, trade, or disclose customer data to third
parties, except when required by law or for essential services (e.g.,
shipping and payment gateways).
8.3. Sensitive payment information (such as credit card details) is encrypted
and processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment
details on our servers.
8.4. Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of
their personal data by contacting us directly.
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
9.1. Discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes are valid only within the
stated period and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
9.2. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time
without notice.
10. USER ACCOUNTS
10.1. Customers may create an account for faster checkout.
10.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
10.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation
of our policies.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and
pricing. However, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to
individual screen settings.
11.2. Deisha Keisha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our
control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
13.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.
13.2. Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the Indonesian courts.
13.3. For international customers, Indonesian law will still apply to all transactions.
